No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items
Items discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Sale items with a discount of less than 40% may be returned if they meet all return conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
For sale items with a discount of less than 40%, the following conditions apply:

The item must be unused and in original condition with tags attached.

The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be shipped to our return address in China.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

A $15 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund to cover inspection and handling costs.
Important: Returns without a valid RMA or missing tags will not be processed.
No Returns or Refunds for Trying Different Sizes
Customers are not permitted to purchase multiple identical items with the intention of trying different sizes. Orders placed under this condition will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. CHARMANTEN does not cover or refund return shipping fees under any circumstances.
Return Address:
All returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center in China. Returns sent to any other address will not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will be unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, the agreement becomes binding. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed. Customers must wait until the order is delivered before submitting a return request, as outlined in this policy.

No Exchanges for Sale Items
Exchanges are not possible for sale items, including for different sizes or colors. Please double-check your size before completing your order.
Defective or Damaged Items
